Please note: Is your product defective and do you believe this is due to a product or manufacturing fault? We will then gladly check whether it falls within the warranty period and conditions. Should it turn out during the check that there is no fault, we reserve the right to charge you a flat fee of 25 EUR per claimed item for the inspection.


Free exchange in case of wrong delivery and defects
Should a defect occur in one of your items within the statutory warranty period or if you receive a wrong delivery, you can request a shipping label for the return via this portal.
Returns are, of course, free of charge in these cases.
